Shetler's uses a low-temperature pasteurization process that maintains the milk's wholesome nutrition. The happy cows of Shetler Farm are hormone and antibiotic free and so is the delicious milk they create. Witt Organic Farms Pure Maple Syrup, Gaylord MI Ivan Witt and his family harvest maple syrup on their property in beautiful Northern Michigan. Real Maple Syrup is all-natural and rich in minerals. Try it in coffee as a sweetener instead of refined sugar or artificial sweetener. Ivan's pure maple syrup is a perfect complement to french toast made using Shirley's Cranberry Walnut Bread & Mary Jo's Farm-Fresh Eggs....serve it along side Duerken's Turkey Breakfast Sausage with a glass of Shetler's Fresh Milk...all available at the shop. Note: 'syrup' available in grocery stores that is labeled as 'pancake syrup' is mostly refined corn syrup, artificial flavors and colors. In most cases it does not contain real maple syrup or only small amounts and is completely void of nutritional value. Real maple syrup is more expensive because it is natural and harvested the old-fashioned way from maple trees. We feature Shiloh Farms' domestic bee pollen which is cultivated right here in Northern Michigan. Add this nutrient-rich food to fruit smoothies, sprinkle on cereal or eat it straight from the sack. Liberty Valley Ranch, Gaylord MI Goat milk herd-shares available. Pure, delicious, raw goat milk...Liberty Valley's goat milk tastes like fresh, silky cow's milk (not goaty!) Fresh goat cheese available at the ranch, too. Current Michigan law does not allow us to sell raw milk but we have information available at the shop or by phone for those interested in the herd-share program. Liberty Valley Ranch has horseback trail riding and a wonderful array of animals to see including a llama, friendly goats, chickens and more.
